Information You Enter
A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the provider that supplies that search result. We do not keep a separate copy of those form entries. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message and use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Our host may retain ordinary server-log information, including IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We review aggregate technical information to operate, secure, and improve the service. Cookies or related tools may support basic analytics or advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
Visitor data is used to run the service, diagnose faults, understand overall traffic, and improve the reference material. We do not sell lists of visitors or create individual visitor profiles.
External Resources
Links lead to City, County, State, court, archive, library, and third-party search resources. Their privacy terms govern information submitted to them. That includes the provider behind any sponsored search result.
Service Providers
Hosting, analytics, advertising, and search-result providers may process information as needed to provide their services. They are not permitted to use our access for an unrelated purpose except as their own posted policies and applicable law allow.
Protecting Information
We use reasonable safeguards suited to a small reference service, but no transmission or storage method is fully secure. Do not send sensitive identification or official-record documents through an ordinary contact message.
Visitors Under 18
The reference is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request deletion of that message.
Your Privacy Choices
You may ask about a message you sent to us or request deletion where practical. For an official record, contact the record custodian, not this private reference. New Mexico's Inspection of Public Records Act, NMSA 1978 ยงยง 14-2-1 through 14-2-12, governs access to existing non-exempt public records, while the Secretary of State's Safe at Home program protects qualifying address-confidentiality participants. No generally applicable New Mexico data-broker deletion registry was identified in the official sources reviewed.
Policy Revisions
We may revise this policy as site functions or applicable rules change. The updated policy becomes effective when posted here.
